Is there a real answer to “5 foods to never eat: Cut down a bit of stomach fat every day by never eating these 5 foods”

Yes, I’m quoting the annoying “blackening banana” Google ads, but people click on adverts with headlines like this because of our innate curiosity. (I know I’ve Google queried the phrase “what are the 5 foods we must never eat?” to attempt to avoid the ad traps and find out the dratted answer!),

That and most of us are looking to be a little (or a lot) less fat, and it is also part of our nature to generally want to find “the easy way” to do things…

Usually, where the adverts take you is either squeeze sites for (low fat) “diet plans” that one has to pay for before ever finding out “the answer”, scam “weightloss” product sites, or sites that mean well, but talk more in generalities and again don’t actually answer “the question”.

So, I’m bucking the trend right now – There really is a very simple answer to the question “What five foods make a body fat?”

The five foods to never eat are:

  • Flour (all grain based products –  bread, cake, crackers and biscuits)
  • Potatoes
  • Pasta
  • Rice
  • and all forms of Sugar (Sucrose, Glucose, Fructose, Lactose etc).

Why? That’s all about the relationship between Insulin, Glucagon, Ghrelin and Leptin…

So true. Funny how these foods make up the bulk of what people eat. I think we have dietary guidelines to thank for that.
