When I work 1:1 with anyone, I’m 100% focused on their result. I’m going to work with you to take you through your pain points (with life as well as food), guiding you through what I’ve been doing since 1999 for success; mindset cues and my guilt-free framework on the “how and why of what to eat.”
We initially have a 30 minute, high-value chat via Skype talking over the contents of your pre-session questionnaire form, as well as talking about you, what you feel are your current blocks, your lifestyle (family setup etc.), your goals, (both for expectation of outcome and more general “hopes & dreams”) and your mindset.
After that, if we feel we are a good fit for each other, I would expect us to work together for several 1 hour sessions, where we work on the specifics and get you into the better mind and body groove.
Your investment for continuing consultation sessions is £350 for 5 sessions or £600 for 10 sessions – This investment must be booked up front, no skin in the game means lack of commitment.
